(TSX: CHR) (« Chorus »), parent company of Jazz Aviation LP (« Jazz »), today announced the agreement between the parties to amend and renew the Capacity Purchase Agreement (CPA) between Jazz and Air Canada and to enter into a $97.26 million interest in Chorus by Air Canada. This agreement extends the CPA until 2035 and creates the longest strategic partnership to date between Jazz and Air Canada. The new collective agreement expires on January 13, 2022 and includes an agreement on salaries, pensions and benefits and allows Jazz to provide competitive customer service at our airports on behalf of the Air Canada Express brand. Jazz Technical Services: Jazz Technical Services (JTS) was established in May 2016 as a separate division dedicated to the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of Bombardier aircraft.
